How to reschedule or cancel a session or workshop, and how refunds work.

When you book a session, time, preparation, and a dedicated healing space are lovingly reserved for you. For this reason, sessions are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is kindly required.

This policy explains how rescheduling and refunds are handled at Pristine Alchemy. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
When you book, your practitioner reserves dedicated time, preparation and a healing space especially for you. For this reason, the energy exchange for a session is non-refundable. If your plans change, you are always warmly welcome to reschedule instead (see below).
You may reschedule your session at no charge with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. The easiest way is to use the reschedule link in your confirmation email, or simply contact us. Where less than 48 hours' notice is given, the session is treated as reserved and used, though a new time may be offered once at the practitioner's discretion.
Remote live sessions follow the same terms as in-person sessions. For an absentee healing, the session is facilitated at the scheduled time whether or not you are present; once it has been carried out, it is complete.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the fullest session we can within the remaining time, but the session will still end at its scheduled time and the full energy exchange applies.
If we ever have to cancel or move your session, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you the choice of rescheduling or a full refund, returned to your original payment method.
Workshop and training places are non-refundable, as preparation and, where applicable, materials or kits are reserved especially for you. Your place may be transferred to a future date with at least 14 days' notice, where possible. Any deposit and its terms will be made clear when you register.
