These terms apply to your use of this website and to any session or workshop you book with Pristine Alchemy, the healing practice of Gabriela Barclay and Iuliana Stan, based in Limerick, Ireland. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Transference Healing® is a complementary energy and wellbeing modality that supports relaxation, personal growth and spiritual development. It is a complement to, and not a replacement for, professional medical, psychological or other healthcare. Our practitioners are not medical doctors and do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or condition. Nothing on this website or offered in a session is medical advice.
You remain responsible for your own health and wellbeing decisions. Please continue to follow the advice of your doctor or other qualified professional, and consult them about any medical or psychological concern. Do not stop any prescribed treatment on the basis of a session. Experiences and outcomes are individual, and no specific result is promised or guaranteed.
Sessions are intended for adults (18 and over). A session for a minor may be arranged only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you have a serious medical or mental-health condition, please speak with us and with your healthcare provider before booking.
Session and workshop amounts are shown on the website as an "energy exchange" and are in euro (EUR). Payment is taken at the time of booking through our secure scheduling and payment providers. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Gabriela Barclay and Iuliana Stan are certified Transference Healing® practitioners within the Alexis Cartwright lineage. When you book, you may choose the practitioner you would like to work with.
Transference Healing® is a registered trademark. The modality was channelled and anchored by Alexis Cartwright, its channel, anchor and founder. The Transference Healing® name, logo and teachings remain the property of Transference Healing®, and the content, text, images and design of this website belong to Pristine Alchemy. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, copied or reused without permission.
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes only. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could harm us or another person. This website may link to third-party sites (including transferencehealing.com, which is an affiliate link). We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pristine Alchemy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our total liability in connection with a session or workshop is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
